Emperor 

The office of Emperor is the top of the Imonoran Empire, Ilahin Republic Empire, and Imonoran Universal Empire. The Emperor's word was and is law. There was nothing above the Emperor. The Emperor was removed in 1 DE, and was not replaced when the Empire was reconnected in 408 DE - 1 JC. Finally a repetitive succession of the Imperial Family voted into the office of Grand Chancellor caused the people of the Senate to put the Emperor back in office.

When the Emeror was first put back in office he had little to no power, but the people love their ruling family. And the Ilahin Republic Empire really kicked off when the Emperor gave his first royal decree in 1010 JC.
